Activity Plan for “Employee Good Behavior Building”

In order to create a good work, live and human environment, supporting to the atmosphere of harmony, civilized, develop the good ethic and behavior, practice better of the corporate value of “build a respectful corporate and be a respectful man”, the corporate decided to held the “employee good behavior building” activity in the 2nd season of 2009.
The plan is as following:
I, guiding thought
This activity is mainly to the bad behavior which opposite of the public virtue, manners and orders. It’s a big subject. It’s a practicalrequirement for the person and corporate being this world and also the emergency requirement for us.
Till now, the economic and technology factors have been the first level of the industry. The hard and soft equipment had been changed grandly, but our behavior didn’t improve as well. Some small but bad behaviors can be seen all the time, like spitting, throw trash everywhere, no wash way after using the rest room, fighting, broken the public staff, steal, no manner, ignore the rules etc. The guiding of this activity is the culture idea” Study • Cooperation • Order • Innovation”, around the main line of production and management, take the main content of employees’ behavior management, cultivation the good attitude of love the corporate, know the principle and be honest, have team spirit, saving and work hard as well as the good behavior of obey the rules, laws, good manners and so on. Improve the quality of employees; make them be a responsible social person, corporate person and family member; create the good career achievement and honor, which will be respect by everyone. II, activity structure In order to make sure the activity goes well, a lead team will be set up.
There is an office under the lead team, which is combined by group office, security department, safety and environment department, audit department and labor department. The group office is the head.
Work of activity office:
Group office: activity organization, summarize of each stage and file work.
Security department: check, examine and deal of the activity content.
Safe and environment department: combine the activity with the safety and sanitation check, inspection and examine this work.
Audit department: check and inspect the activity content
Labor department: the relevant people training.
III, Activity theme
Training the 4 awareness and 4 patterns of employee: morality awareness, civilization awareness, rules awareness and honor awareness; live pattern, study pattern, thought pattern and speak pattern.
Aim of activity:
Make the civilization behavior become the daily behavior.
Content of activity:
Be a civilized employee: get to and leave work on time, do good on the own work, no strike berascal anyone, care the public staff, keep the good work order, love the position and work.
Keep tidy and clean, including the road, green land, office building. No splitting, trash, wash after using the rest room, obey the sanitation rules.
Keep orderly: including the production area traffic mark and lines, park the car in order and drive safely.

Time: Apr 15, 2009 to Jul 31, 2009
Scope: all units
V, requirement
1, enhance the organization and leading. Under the only leading, the activity is taking charges of activity office. Each unit should take this activity as an important work, make the plan and practice.
2, pay attention to the employee’s participation. The employees are the subject of this activity. They are the part of it and will get benefits from it. All units should mobilize the initiative to get them involved, in order to make sure the works are practiced.
3, attach important to the advertising and guiding. Pay attention to the function of meeting before or after the shift, “Changjiang View”, the blackboard and banners, strengthened advertising and guiding, report the activity situation in time, the stage achievement and the new method of all units. Enhance the supervision by public opinion, exposure the bad behaviors, push the work deeply held. In the advertising, pay attention to the good suggestion, encourage and publish them, write their thought, idea and opinion. 4, enhance the inspection and supervision. The activity office should take different measures to supervisethe practice situation and the stage achievement. Combine the achievement to other activity, award the advanced ones and encourage dis-advanced ones in time. All units should strengthen self-examine, accept supervision and push the work fully implemented.
5, detailed requirement
(1)based on the stage requirement, unit should bring in every stage of the developments in summary, written materials and electronic form of the company’s activity office;
(2)combine with the position work, be self-check the measures to improve, hand in writing to the company’s activity office
(3)in the third stage, a report meeting will be held combine with the “6 26 corporate anniversary ”and this activity. The representatives will make speech and communicate with each other then.
(4)All units should self-summarize the activity according to the plan and hand in to the activity office.
6, activity procedure
There are 4 stages:
No.1 stage: Apr 15 to Apr 25. Adverting and make plan.
No.2 stage: Apr.25 to May 25. Learning and teaching, comparing and checking, evaluating stage
No.3 stage: May 26 to Jun 30, improving department
No.4 stage: Jul 1 to Jul 31, model setting up, praising, summarizing stage.
Corporate and units should summarize this activity and carry out the rewards and penalties based on the result. Further management the achievement of this activity, taking it as a long mechanism.
